XanderDirect Limited is a financial services company that provides credit, payments and access-to-market services supporting the economic livelihood of African communities. We offer micro and SME loans, thrift savings programmes and investment instruments.
XanderDirect was established in 2021 and commenced operations in 2022. Our head office is in Owerri with branches in Onitsha and Aba.
We operate across South-East Nigeria with branches in Owerri (head office), Onitsha and Aba, serving customers across the region and online.
Our services are open to market traders, artisans, food processors, individuals, established SMEs and investors — anyone who needs capital, savings discipline or an investment partnership, subject to our assessment.
A micro loan is a small working-capital facility — from as low as ₦50,000 — designed for market traders, artisans, food processors and individuals, with flexible documentation and practical assessment.
An SME loan is a larger facility of up to ₦100M with tenors up to 24 months, structured around your business cash flow for inventory, equipment, working capital and growth.
Generally we require valid government-issued identification, proof of business activity or income source, a bank statement for the requested period, and references or guarantors where applicable.
You can apply online through our application form or visit any of our branches. After assessment you will receive a documented offer letter before signing anything.
Micro loan decisions are typically made within days, not months. SME facilities take longer depending on the assessment required, and you will always be kept informed of progress.
We assess your business activity, repayment capacity, character and references — a practical assessment rather than purely paperwork-based screening.
Rates scale with facility size: 12% per annum for loans below ₦1M, rising in steps to 30% for ₦100M and above. Full details are on our Rate Guide.
Target Thrift is a goal-based savings programme. You choose your savings goal — rent, school fees, equipment, business capital — and we structure weekly or monthly contribution plans toward it.
Food Thrift helps households and food businesses save regularly toward food provision through weekly or monthly contributions, with simple transparent records.
Anyone — families, individuals, traders and small businesses — can subscribe to a thrift plan at any branch or by contacting us.
Trained agents in your community accept deposits on our behalf and provide receipts. All contributions are recorded and verifiable through your account history.
Debentures are documented investment instruments that allow investors to fund our lending operations and earn returns over agreed terms, with structured earnings and reporting.
Individuals, families and organisations — from entry-level investments below ₦1M to institutional commitments above ₦100M.
Earnings are paid according to the terms stated in your signed instrument — periodically or at maturity as agreed. All payment terms are documented in advance.
All investments carry risk. While we structure instruments carefully and lend against practical assessment, please review our Investment Disclaimer and speak with our team before deciding.
Loan rates start at 12% per annum (1.00% monthly) for facilities below ₦1M and scale to 30% (2.50% monthly) for ₦100M and above. See the full Rate Guide.
